Please measure your foot length carefully, and then refer to your foot length
to choose the shoe size in the size table (we send EU size accordingly).

*Please choose the size according to your bare foot length, not the shoe length (shoe length usually 0.5~2cm larger than foot length)

Reminder:
1. Foot sizes may vary from different manufacturers, different brands, different styles, so you should choose the size from the accurate foot length.
2. All size is by manual measurement, 0.1~0.5cm error is acceptable.
3. Suggest you to measure your foot length at afternoon, when the foot may expand slightly, so this measurement will be more accurately.

==NOTICE==

1. About subtle defects: Because our shoes are handmade, subtle defects not quality problem.
2. About color difference: there may be a little color difference because of the flash of camera, background light, monitor setting and other factors. So the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the images, thanks for your understanding.

==PACKING==

Shoes comes without box packing to save shipping cost (we will use other light weight material to pack shoes safely), if you need shoes box packing, you need to pay for the extra cost and please contact us to arrange.

==SHIPPING==

Once the order has been dispatched, we'll provide you with a link for a tracking number so you can track your package.
We ship to your Etsy address, so please ensure that the address provided is correct and up-to-date.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, and/or unclaimed packages or customs delays.
Please note that any taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary by country.

==REFUNDS==

We have strict quality control for our magical shoes.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly refund it (minus shipping cost), as long as you contact us within 10 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you have to ship the item back to us, please use registered regular mail, not courier service.

== EXCHANGES==

If there is a problem with your shoes (e.g. wrong size), I will gladly exchange your purchase as long as you contact me within 10 days after you have received the item. The shoes must be in their original condition and unworn.
