Shipping Terms

Orders ship within 5 business days. You’ll receive a track & trace code via email. Delivery takes 2–16 days depending on destination. Customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

You will receive a quote with a schedule. Changes are allowed before final approval and payment. Custom orders are charged in EUR (€).

Returns and Cancellations

Returns accepted within 14 days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original packaging must be used. PayPal return fees are not refunded.
